Complaints procedure

Giclées are reproductions of original paintings, drawings or photos which are printed on, for example, photo paper, watercolor paper or canvas with special inkjet printers that spray the pigment inks on the material.
The term giclée comes from the French word “gicler”, which means to spray. This type of reproduction is the new standard in the art and photography world and is widely appreciated by the major museums, galleries, painters and photographers for its excellent quality.
The giclées are printed with 12-colour UV light-resistant pigment inks on acid-free watercolor paper and therefore have extra fine detailing and beautiful deep colours.
